I’m so so thankful I booked with Hintz! I called them at very short notice after issues with a previously booked removal company. Rafal understood my panic and found a way to help move my whole house with only a few working hours notice. He kept high communication with me throughout giving me great assurance I was in safe hands. We had some delays getting into my new house, and Rafal was great and problem solving, being flexible and making the whole thing work, even helping previous owners sort some of their things to help them on their way. I had requested Rafal for an additional person to help with the move just a day before and he was kind enough to accommodate the request.. Rafal and Jacob were quick, strong, efficient and got the job done with an hour to spare. There was a small booking issue with the website (not the movers’ fault) where the stairs were not mentioned if lift was available at the property. Would suggest that anyone booking makes the number of stairs including the availability of lifts very clear. Will hire them again without a doubt! ~ Shubha M
