Rafal and his team were amazing!!! My daughter needed help moving her belongings from student accommodation into storage and then a month later to her new house. Hintz assisted with both moves. Rafal was super helpful and responded quickly to every email I sent. I was very confident that everything was well taken care of and my daughter’s wishes and instructions were communicated out to his team perfectly making for a smooth moving process. My daughter said the team were lovely. Very punctual, efficient, professional and super friendly. Top job!!! It’s clear that Rafal takes pride in his business and strives to give a first class service, something that’s hard to find these days. We will definitely use Hintz again and would highly recommend! I’m so so thankful I booked with Hintz! I called them at very short notice after issues with a previously booked removal company. Rafal understood my panic and found a way to help move my whole house with only a few working hours notice. He kept high communication with me throughout giving me great assurance I was in safe hands. We had some delays getting into my new house, and Rafal was great and problem solving, being flexible and making the whole thing work, even helping previous owners sort some of their things to help them on their way. Fantastic Service - Highly Recommend We recently used Hintz Removals for our move from our 3 bed town house in Poole to our new home East Sussex and could not be happier with the service. I recently moved from Bournemouth to Guildford. Rafal and his team were fantastic, they made the whole moving process smooth and stress free. They were extremely polite and professional. They got the loading and unloading done so quickly. They handled all of my belongings with care, were organised and efficient. Both properties included some difficult access but nothing was too much trouble and they placed everything where it needed to be. Moving day is usually chaos, but these guys made it feel easy. We were highly impressed with Rafal and team, and we're so lucky they had a slot last minute. We had already moved from our old house and our everything in storage, renting our own van and doing it ourselves, which was a total nightmare and we agreed we would never do again! So we needed someone last minute, and luckily Rafal answered my very early call and took the job. And we are very grateful they did. They took all the stress out of moving, loading and emptying the van perfectly and efficiently and taking time with our stuff like it was their own. I was recommended Hintz removals by one of my colleagues when looking for a 'Man and Van' to help me downsize from a house to a bungalow. Absolutely spot on service from Rafal and his team. From the start, the communication was on point, with quick responses from Rafal. He was extremely helpful and accommodating with our dates for moving, shifting a couple of times aswell which put our minds at ease! On the day, Adam and Andy arrived bang on time and completed the removal at our flat with ease and at the other end, moved all the furniture back in with no issue at all. 10/10!!!! Rafal and his team are honestly the best, from communication while making the booking to the actual moving day- perfect service. They arrived on time , drove ahead of us as we had to make stop somewhere, they reached Southampton before us (which wasnt good on our part) and they still waited for us till we got there. Rafal was brilliant from first enquiry. He pencilled in our date (without charge) which we quickly confirmed. Communication throughout was first rate. On the day, Rafal & Andy arrived on time. Incredibly polite, friendly and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. They worked tirelessly (we had pre-packed). TBH I was a tad worried not using a well known brand. All I can say is you will not be disappointed in any way and might quite likely pay 25% of what others may rob you of (I had a quote from a respected firm I’d used before). Don’t hesitate. I had requested Rafal for an additional person to help with the move just a day before and he was kind enough to accommodate the request.. Rafal and Jacob were quick, strong, efficient and got the job done with an hour to spare. There was a small booking issue with the website (not the movers’ fault) where the stairs were not mentioned if lift was available at the property. Would suggest that anyone booking makes the number of stairs including the availability of lifts very clear. Will hire them again without a doubt! ~ Shubha M

I needed to move out of my apartment on short notice and these guys killed it. Communication was incredible! They always responded promptly, they were so easy to work with and very sociable. From packing up my place, taking apart some furniture and transporting it to a storage unit, they were quick, advised me on the correct size and made sure all my furniture was handled with care.
